Caroline has been dealing with our house proceedings from the very beginning. She has been very professional and prompt throughout, from booking our viewing to sorting out all the bits in between. She has constantly kept us in the know of all stages of purchasing the house. With me and my partner being first time buyers we were unsure of certain parts of the procedure, Caroline was very informative and incredibly helpful throughout. She has made our first house buying experience very smooth sailing and stress free.
