Our decision to move was a swift one having seen a property we wanted with no prior intention of moving. We looked at a number of estate agents in our local area and invited three in for evaluation and discussions based on market presence, word of mouth and previous dealings. Having met with all three we both decided on using George at CJ Hole ¢â‚¬â€œ who was knew to us. George seemed to clearly understand his market, understand our property and what we wanted to achieve and also the timescales we had to work too. George also validated his back office team which gave us real confidence as we knew he had the internal resource behind him to focus on his job - selling our house. Coupled with this George's straight talking, honest and no nonsense approach was most refreshing, especially as we wanted to secure the house we had seen and quickly. From signing the agreement in the morning we had a team of people in taking photos and noting down for the particulars, within 24 to 36 hours the particulars were ready and the property was on the market, having taken a thorough and considered approach to the marketing. Within four or five days we had huge footfall - in excess of 25 independent people if I remember correctly which resulted in multiple offers, all at asking price. We were then in the fortunate position of choosing our buyer, which we are did, with the help of George and are jolly pleased with the outcome. After all its not always about the best price on offer but a) the price you exchange at and b) who will actually get the deal done! From us accepting the offer the service from Geroge just got better ¢â‚¬â€œ unexpectedly I must say. Single handily (outward facing) George managed both our expectations with great professionalism and also communicated with our buyers exceptionally which resulted in the successful exchange of contracts. George gave 100% throughout the process, never became complacent or laid back, was always professional and informative to all parties. I genuinely felt throughout that if the sale had fallen over at any time it would have had nothing to do with CJ Hole (George), diligent does not do George and his team justice. I really cannot recommend George and CJ Hole Henleaze enough - they were superb and faultless throughout, thank you very much.
