We've just sold (subject to contract) through Fine and Country and have been extremely grateful for all the hard work put in on our behalf by Sue, Paul, Julie, Richard and Simon. They provided a steady stream of very well-suited viewers (almost half came for a second view and/or made an offer) and have kept us fully informed every step of the way. Right from the start we were very impressed by their combination of warmth and professionalism. And the photographs and property details were so well done we were almost tempted to stay put!
With the help of all the team at F&C we've achieved a sale at a price we're happy with within a matter of weeks. I'm sure they'll be there to guide us through the stress of the next few weeks as we see our sale and purchase through to completion.
