I will not recommend Connells Estate Agents to anybody, my experience with them was awful. At the start of the process we were kept in the loop, once the sale had been agreed the customer service levels dropped dramatically it was at that point I no longer felt like their customer. A member of staff called me and shouted at me down the telephone I made a complaint and was told they wouldnt get involved with a dispute about it! The whole sales progression service in my opinion does not exist and I was told on three occasions that Connells do not provide it. After completion I complained to the area manager and was told they felt they did not do anything wrong. Completely disappointed with the sales progression service and general attitude to their customers once they have agreed a sale.

poor - if it was an intro of buyer that I paid for I could have paid far less, however was never informed that this was the level of service to expect, despite being told this three times upon complaining
