Both Loren and James have quickly responded to any request or query we have had in the process of selling our house, usually resolving matters by a return call the same day. They are always courteous and we could sense their desire to make sure we were clear on all procedural and factual matters. The judgement call on any estate agent is whether or not they can sell houses and I can assure anyone who asks, Helmores sell houses!

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
