The worst estate agents that I have ever had the displeasure to work with. The flat we are currently renting off them has so many problems considering it is only 2 years old! We have lived there now for 9 months (we are currently packing to leave after arguing with them to let us leave!). We have had no hot water in our bath for the whole time of our stay, there is a leak in the cupboard where there are electrical wires near by which has not been sorted, there is a leak behind the toilet which they tried to blame on us for using bleach after a couple of weeks of living there! None of these problems have been sorted! We signed a 6 month contract to begin with, and when we decided to leave and give them 3 months notice (this was after the 6 months was up and therefore we are on a month by month tenacy) they told us we weren't allowed to leave until December, which was another 6 months at the time. We had to argue and get legal advice so that we could leave. After finally "winning" that, they have then tried charging us £480 for the fee of finding a new tenant which we have put into a contract to say we weren't liable as they did have their notice. If I could give then a minus star I would. They do not deserve any stars!
To add insult to injury we have no power yesterday for 24 hours and when we rang them to ask for help (as all our neighbours had power we couldn't put it down to a power cut) they were rude and told us that if its for a stupid reason then we will be charged! We rang at 9am and they finally sent someone out at 4pm, who couldn't do anything as it was down to our energy supplier. But they were most unhelpful, rude, bullies, con-artists who are money grabbers. I cannot wait to be rid of them! I'm sure I will have to argue about getting my deposit back but I am prepared for that!
I would not recommend them to anyone.
Disgusting service and a terrible company!

This was my review - just an update!
We have finally moved out of the flat, thank god! We have been 'allowed' to leave without any penalties, which suggests to me they knew they were wrong and couldn't fight us on our case. We have had our flat checked over which I completely understand is normal procedure and necessary. We have been told to go back and clean a "dusty" window sill, clean a mark on a door and that there is marks around one room at the same level. When my other half went in to get the keys today so that we can clean those dusty window sills, he asked about the marks in the room, and they think its damp. And they want us to sort it out. ITS DAMP.
Honestly everyone, avoid these estate agents at ALL COST!
