Left speechless at the level of service I have had!
Viewed a property which me and my wife fell in love with, 1st time buyers with no chain. We put an offer in moments after leaving the property which was accepted (gave them asking price to show how serious we were)
The next 2-4 days consisted of finding an AIP and solicitors which I have managed to do Thursday 7th September. Now I emailed Shelly in an email along with the solicitor and the lender informing them I had sent all relevant information in the post by Saturday 9th September and that I was due to leave the UK for 1 week 10th-17th Sept.
Had a missed call 13th September now considering I am on my holiday I still returned the call only to be told that they had accepted another offer, had survey done and that was it. I will take my business elsewhere but the fact they didn't even 1. take property off market STC regardless of having survey carried out or 2. give me the opportunity to counter offer. They are in the game for a quick win and were probably pissed off I didn't use their broker or solicitors.

Absolutely useless estate agency. Old school selling style thinking forceful sales techniques still work.
The reps don't call you back or call you when committed to do so. Will send anyone to property without disclosing full details to prospective buyers.
