Pam has been superb throughout my application process for the above property. Pam even called Maras in order to get a detailed list of what information they needed in order to ensure a swift and successful credit checking (an issue I have come unstuck with in the past).

Pam also called me before Maras did to inform me that I had passed the checks, and then arranged a convenient time for me to go to the office and pay my holding deposit.

Pam has also chased the landlord for me on questions that I have had about the property.
