I recently used Beresford International's letting service to find a tenant for my flat. Although I am not a first time landlord it's several years and some legislative changes since I've rented out property, but Iain and his team were there to guide the process seamlessly every step of the way. The property details including excellent photos were on the website within half a day, and viewings were arranged within the next twenty four hours. As agents I found Beresford Residential 100% professional and courteous, but also friendly and individual - very refreshing in this business. Viewings were conducted very efficiently and reliably - again a welcome change from the norm. Although I arranged to be present for each viewing, Sam always insisted on meeting and accompanying prospective tenants. On the administrative side any queries or concerns were addressed quickly and with attention to detail. Many thanks to you all. I would not hesitate to appoint Beresford Residential again.

I clearly stated that I would like to be contacted via e-mails so did not understand why the agent attempted to call me at all. Even if that wasn't stated, I would still expect an e-mail follow up or when the agent plans to call, they normally double check the contact details.
