Randeep Mann(the proprietor) is a scamster. A professional sweet talker, he is all lies and nothing else. The deposit was never returned. No response to emails and phone calls. He's a cheat. Give them a miss if you want your money safe. Even the agreement was made under false name of KHJ Investments. He initially told me KHJ Investments was the 'new' landlord of Middleborough property in Coventry. Turned out that it is registered under his own name!!! *How can we stop him from duping more customers? Can we file a complaint?

They can not keep your deposit, it must be protected in a government scheme, like DPS OR TDS, if this was not done you can claim back times the amount of deposit, please see link below, they also need to issue other documents on moving in; Gas safety certificate, EPC, prescribed information etc...
