Natalie has a gentle, caring approach which is perfect for the nature of the customer facing lettings role she employs so well. Before speaking with Natalie, my wife and I were struggling to find an agent/landlord that was genuinely interested/sympathetic towards us having two young children but not wanting to pay the earth for our monthly rent.
