It seems there is many of us. I have experienced all the same problems you both have received. I also paid for the property to be immaculately cleaned before departing the property. Only to be told that they wanted £300 in deductions for the property being left in an "unclean condition"
Like you said its DAYLIGHT ROBBERY.

We went 7 weeks in the winter without Hot water.. Being forced to shower at friends and at the gym everyday. Can you imagine the stress.. Everyday we tried to chase them up we were fed excuses and lies with nothing being done. We went through 5 property managers in less than 6 months...

I have had similar issues after renting with them for one year. Its now been 7 weeks and our deposit has not been returned. We have been passed from one incompetent property manager to another. I am utterly disgusted that this company is allowed to stay in business and with the way they treat tenants. Similarly their check out company 'Attic', did not complete a thorough enough check out resulting in us also being charged for bulbs and other items that were in the flat adding hundreds of pounds of deductions. I hope you get stuff sorted. Im still waiting.

My advice to people is to avoid this company at all costs.
