We could not be happier or more grateful of both Darren and Kerry. For a young couple buying our first house together was a daunting but exciting thought however we didn't know where to begin. From our first meeting with Darren we were very well informed of every step of buying a house and neither Darren or Kerry minded us ringing/emailing any 'silly' questions we may have had that we didn't quite understand.
Our first house we bought fell through 1 week before we were due to complete throughout the entire process both Darren and Kerry were very informative and responsive to every phone call, text or email with any help or advice they could provide a young couple buying their first house. Despite the purchase falling through both Darren and Kerry were supportive and eager to help with the next purchase.
The next house we bought was slightly above budget however Darren managed to work to all our criteria and still find us a mortgage we were very happy with. Kerry⣣s administrative support throughout this was impeccable.
Alongside having to go through the entire process twice myself and my partner are not the most calm and like to be in control. I feel both Darren and Kerry quickly picked up on this and knew to keep us informed and in the loop with any kind of updates whether they were good or bad we were informed. Despite there sometimes been bad news myself and my partner often used the phrase 'it's fine Darren will sort it, let⣣s not panic yet' we were very confident that any problem that presented itself would be resolved.
Overall we are incredibly happy with the services provided and could not be more grateful we are now moved into our new home and on reflection would not have done so without the help of both Darren and Kerry.

Comment on agent fees
For the work both Darren and Kerry do we could not be happier we would not have been able to purchase the property we have without the work they did and so they were worth the money we spent using their services.
