I have dealt with Jenny and Laura in person when setting up a tenancy, but also with other members of the team over the phone.
Both Jenny and Laura are very easy to interact with and quick to resolve issues /get answers to my question. They've both always been polite and friendly and patient.

Comment on agent fees
The agent's fees are much higher than the fees I have previously paid in Liverpool or Birmingham, and I feel this is a significant negative point for this agency.

Fees and service does vary significantly between Letting Agents. In our case, our fees are reflective of the work we do and fairly typical for this area. Some of the work is visible, but an awful lot is done behind the scenes that recent changes in the law require of us.
That said, we are undergoing a program to improve the efficiency of our application and pre-tenancy procedures; to drive down if not eliminate application fees all together in the future.
Lastly, comments about our fees are very rare, so I will check and ensure that you have not been overcharged. And if you have, we will rectify immediately.
