My partner and I dealt mostly with Jan and occasionally with John. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. Plenty of experience which was nice to turn to them for guidance. Jan was in regular contact and documented everything via email to us. This was very helpful. When Jan wasn't available, it was great to see that John was up to speed with everything and could update us accordingly. They both took on board our comments and requests throughout the sale.
What we found difficult in the process was that there was some information missing about the cottage which was vital for us to know before purchasing. This ended up costing us a bit of money to endeavour to find the information for ourselves.
In general Jan was very understanding of our requests and needs and tried to find a balance between us and the vendors which resulted in a happy ending as we bought the property in the end
