I chose Bradley's as my selling agent because they are a local SW company. They were also very honest and realistic when pricing my property as well as enthusiastic about selling it. Throughout the whole process Darbo and Tariq kept me informed as to progress and any queries raised on a regular basis, as well as responding to my calls very promptly. He and Tariq have always been very curtious, honest, friendly and professional, they both gave me confidence when things got tough and made me feel a valued client. I can't recommend the team at Newton Abbot enough, they are brilliant.
Comment on agent fees
The fees are very competitive and they were realistic. Very happy with the way they price and also help with Solicitors.

Complaints Procedure
1. Bradleys is a Member of The Property Ombudsman's Scheme and aims to provide the highest standards of service to all our Customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded, an Internal Complaints Procedure has been implemented. This provides for the matter to be dealt with internally by the Office Manager or the Department Head. In the event that we are not able to deal with the matter to our mutual satisfaction after following our Internal Complaints Procedure you may refer your complaint in writing to the Property Ombudsman.
