Fine and country (St Neots branch) offered a professional and friendly service all the way through our sale. To start with they bring round all the staff that would be dealing with the sale so that they know what they are selling and can match your property to potential buyers. In this difficult market they found us a steady stream of viewings who were vetted beforehand so that we did not feel there were time wasters. They provided quick feedback from the viewings which was helpful and helped us decide whether we were marketing it at the right price.
