I seem to have the same issue with this agency that others have reported. It is frustrating that the employees dont comminicate with one another, making simple things more diffficult than they need to be. The biggest problem is that they intend to charge me for removing items that were in the flat when I moved in and that I purposefully left to avoid being charged for missing items! Also, it seems unfair that the photos at check out where MUCH closer to the surface of items than the check in pictures, making it appear less clean on check out than check in. It is also upsetting to charge me for the repair of items that were broken when I moved in!! Good thing my deposit is with a third party to mitigate these disputes.
