Please accept our public apologies for not being able to sell your dream home to you. As agents we are under legal obligation to pass on all offers and interest to our clients the sellers up to exchange of contracts, this is the law and Cairds have acted with diligence and according to current legislation. Ultimate decision to whom any property is sold to is the sellers discretion and not the agent. ...
