Anyone who comes across this company on EasyRoomate.com needs to know that it's a complete and utter scam. They bombard you with a ridiculous amount of fake apartments and respond with a generic statement until they realise they've got your attention.
I've attached some pictures to show how many times I was contacted within a couple of hours and to show how poorly the responses were. In one instance I asked whether a room was still available and he responded with the same message.
What baffles me is how much effort these guys actually put into trying to scam people. If they focused this into something else, who knows, they might actually be a benefit to society instead of living in the shadows draining funds from unsuspecting people. Absolute bottom feeders.
Avoid at all costs.

I have been tenant of Cityrooms for 3 years. In fact I know Heath as he was my flatmate. He is lying about 1 hour stay. He stayed weeks there and him and his boyfriend were the most filthy people I ever knew. Cityrooms is a great option for people who simply don't have time or looking to secure a place fast and easy.
@Leon what do you expect from an agent ? To send you emails of hotel or restaurant packages ? his job is to find you a place and of course your job to accept or decline the offers .

Leon, I'm sorry you were also scammed by these fraudulent assholes. I lost several hundred pounds because i mistakenly signed documents then viewed the property.
Within an hour, having realised my mistake, i went in with a lawyer and demanded a refund.
I got my refund, but they took 600 pounds because they needed to cancel the tenancy and have the property cleaned. What the fu**.
I had the keys 1 hour and they charged me tenancy cancellation and cleaning.
These people are frauds and are well-known to the health department.

Been in a house where I used to pay 1083£ pound a month for nothing !
Heater and hot water was missing almost all the time I’ve been in there and for them the priority was make money and not adjust the boiler!

Utter fabrication and I have proof. I moved into a property the following day (studio flat - alone) and I have proof of this.
I've sent this evidence to AllAgents and I'm engaging a lawyer as I've had enough with the lies and unscrupulous reviews on this site by City Rooms.
They engage staff or tenants with free rent to write lies.
I have never lived with anyone in the UK and I have proof that Tiger's comment is a lie.
Nice touch with the 'Filthy people you knew', considering we've never met. Unless you're the agent we'd met in the office, in which case, we met for less than 60 minutes.
DO NOT USE CITY ROOMS ANYONE. I promise you that you will regret it.
