Our tenant had given notice in November and we had a very short time to find a new tenant and a new agent.
We are relatively new landlords and found Macks properties through allgents after a frustrating experience with a high-street agent.
We had another challenge which was to refurbish a tired bathroom before placing new tenants.
Not only did Mack's properties market the property, find a new tenant at a challenging time of year for rentals, deal with our old agency, deal with the existing tenants all within a short space of time, they also managed the complete refurbishment of the bathroom (down to recommending best configuration options). Within a few weeks we had a brand new bathroom and a great new tenant.
Neel has been a lifesaver. From our very first contact with him, it's felt like having someone who genuinely cares for your home as though it's their own. Not like high-street agents who are quick to take your money and offer poor service.
He thinks of everything and takes care of everything from replacing our bathroom to installing a draft excluder to help keep the house warm.
The peace of mind we now have is immeasurable when compared to the high-street chain agent we used before.
Neel offers the perfect service for us in that it's almost like a partnership. We fully trust him in that we only hear from him if there's something that genuinely needs our attention (where our previous agent would contact us for the smallest 'issue' and were quick to charge for sending a contractor). So Neel leaves us with total peace of mind.
Living abroad it simply makes our lives much easier and Neel has taken a great weight off our shoulders.
We cannot recommend highly him enough.
