After the hell your move has put us through, I honestly would love the place to catch fire. After a year of having nothing fixed and being completely taken advantage of, they have the audacity to try and justify keeping 70% of our security deposit without providing a reason why. After receiving this shocking news, we of course tried to get in contact but they refuse to respond to our countless emails, calls, and don't even get me started on what inbred idiots are in the actual office. We are taking them to court. I encourage everyone to steer clear and if you find yourself taken advantage of (you will) join the countless others in court.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
