Having recently moved out of a property under Hove Lets where i have been a tenant for five years, I can honestly say all the staff have been very helpful throughout. Any issues I needed to raise during my tenancy were listened to and resolved and they always acknowledged my emails and kept me in touch with how they were resolving things. All the staff are friendly and helpful and a big thank you to Sophia for always responding so quickly and getting a couple of things I had been waiting on for a while turned around quickly once she joined the team. Overall, I would highly recommend this agency and I would certainly use them again.
Comment on agent fees
The fees for Hove Lets I would say are more competitive than other agencies, the only disappointing part was having to pay a check out admin fee when I had already paid to have the property and its carpets professionally cleaned. Having said that, this information is transparent on both their website and in the tenancy agreement so I was fully aware of these costs.
