I recently sold my property through Doorsteps.co.uk. Throughout the whole process I found Doorsteps to be very professional. I used the £99 package as I already had pictures of my house that I wanted to use.
After I had sent my pictures and description over to the team my property was live on Rightmove within a couple of hours. The booking system is very good, potential buyers can book a viewing online and I received an email and a text to inform me of the date and time of the viewing. Everyone who came to view my property was impressed with the online booking system.
The team are all very helpful from the media team who were always happy to amend my advert for me to Krishan who dealt with all of the enquiries and always gave me feedback from the viewings.
I got the full asking price for my property and I was very happy with the way Krishan kept me informed every step of the way.
I highly recommend Doorsteps.
Comment on agent fees
Doorsteps advertise to sell your property for £99 and that is what they done. There was no commission on the sale of my property saving me over £2000 if I would have used a traditional estate agents. Fantastic value.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
