DO NOT USE!!! As you can see this agent states you can get something called Buyers Incentive. What they are doing is point blank LYING TO YOU! I am aware that this buyers incentive or currently Home Buyers Service is not what they say it is. It states that you will get £1000 off the purchase price of the property. However, I can inform that all they are doing is telling the Vendor £1000 less than what you are offering. They are ripping off the purchaser and vendor just so you use there in house financial services. This is being used in every PlymouTh and Devon branch. This is accurate information
