If you are selling your property then I couldn't recommend any other agent than Simon at Simon & Co. Quite simply if you want an agent that will provide you a top quality, honest service from a guy that knows the industry inside out then Simon & Co is your only choice. Unlike some agents Simon really cares about the customer and will do anything possible at any time of day to keep the transaction on track (and keep you fully informed in terms that are easily understood).
I have used Simon on numerous occasions over the years as both a buyer and vendor but the service on my recent sale and purchase has been fantastic again. I put house on the market and had nearly 20 viewing on first weekend listed with a multiple offers to choose from, getting people in the door is so important and Simons photography and listing always seem to do that (from current and past experience) . Even when our buyer pulled out (without informing anyone!), Simon was able to get another deal in place and another buyer in less than 24hours alleviating so much stress! On purchase have had issues with planning permission, warranties and the inevitable delays but the whole process has been managed superbly and at no stage have I been worried, mainly due to the communication from Simon. I particular liked the WhatsApp group he set up to keep my wife and I informed as things progressed with both our sale and our purchase (with photos of our house (was a conversion) and other details).
For a professional, honest, friendly and value for money service you won't do any better.
