I have never spoken to someone so rude as co-manager Geraldine Alderton. The landlord declined our application for house, which is fair, it is after all their discretion.
However the manner in which I was spoken to was beyond rude. I asked for a reason as why it failed so that we knew what went wrong. To which I was told that it was the landlords decision and they didn't need to give us a reason. I asked politely again as to which tenant failed the process, to which Geraldine repeated the same phrase. There was no sympathy, no general decency in her tone of voice, and it was nothing but brash, rude and curt towards me. I asked to speak to the agent who had been dealing with our application, unsurprisingly they were "not in this afternoon" despite the fact I had been speaking to them no less than an hour before.
I understand that they may not be able to disclose such information but the manner in which I was spoken to was utterly outrageous, and to have the same phrase repeated back to everything I said was patronising and condescending. I have no words to describe how unbelievably rude she was.

Beware of this company, they need constant chasing to get anything done.
