It is a pleasure to leave this review & although it's only possible to highlight 2 staff members with their photos on this site, I cannot leave a review without mentioning LORNA BROOKS & LUCY SUGDEN too - in fact Team Bradleys provided a brilliant sales service for us from Instruction to Completion & at all times, communication was excellent.
From my first contact with Bradleys via the great website, to arranging the valuation & agreeing terms with Lorna, not forgetting her superb pre-Completion encouragement of the stakeholders within the chain.
Although not open on a Sunday, the branch is open until 6pm weekdays which offers much needed flexibility & not forgetting that when the branch is closed or busy helping other clients, there is a superb Customer Service team available every day until 10pm - with communication all logged in a contact management system so that every colleague can check previous dialogue.
Accompanied viewings were as arranged always agreed with me in advance and both initial and follow up feedback was provided in a timely fashion. Fiona Taylor was wonderful at making sure I was kept informed.
Most conveyances in my experience present challenges along the way and our sale was no exception. I am very grateful to Lisa Findel-Hawkins for her calmness (by email & phone) & professionalism. During the conveyance process, Lisa kindly undertook the majority share of communication with stakeholders in the chain & encouraging communication so that buyers & sellers had greater clarity of the process & what needed to be done & generally kept things as calm as possible - thank you Lisa.

Comment on agent fees
No one likes paying estate agency fees but on this occasion, the all round service we received was excellent so the fees were well deserved & I never thought I would pass that comment!
