From first contact, right up until the signing date, Benjamin has made finding my next home a very smooth process.
Above all, Benjamin is a very well spoken, eloquent professional who communicates himself in a clear manner and he is very cooperative. He has always made sure I can contact him, whenever needed.
Benjamin showed me four properties which all, naturally, satisfied the criteria I gave to him. That said, Benjamin also added in a degree of flexibility to my criteria, such that this provided a larger scope of properties that I could view. This flexibility is, for me, the best thing that Benjamin did for me because he opened my eyes to what else could be out there for me beyond my initial criteria, still making things of course realistic. That in itself is what allowed me to find my new home for the next year. I am so happy!

The fees seemed reasonable when considering the wider market. The holding deposit was one of the lowest we had experienced through our searches. We have not heard anything about the existence of any cleaning fees for the future when we leave the property but we will approach this as the time comes.
