I've just had my 4th poor experience of this estate agent in 3 years and find their dealings to be completely lacking in integrity. I hope not to have to deal with them in future. I arranged a viewing 7 days ago and arrived on time. After waiting for 20 minutes, a man arrived with a ladder to add a notification to the sign saying that the property is no longer available. When I contacted the estate agent, which is 5 minutes walk away, I was told that the property was let 4 days ago and received an apology that no-one had rung me. I'd taken the morning off work for the viewing. This level of service is consistent with my past experience.
