I have had an absolutely shocking time since moving in to a property rented from Paul Dubberley. First I had an issue with my boiler, which took around a month and a half to fix. An eningger had to attend 4 times, and it wasn't until the 3rd time he decided the issue wasn't me and it was the boiler. They THEN charged me for the first two times the engineer came out as he has said it was down to me being an idiot... which he later found it wasn't.

This however is only the beginning, I have had a faulty heater in my hall way for 5 months! which they have done absolutely NOTHING about. The staff at Paul Dubberly are obnoxious and do not seem to want to help at all. I have also had an issue with my shower now for over a month which again they have done NOTHING about... and now AGAIN I had another issue with my boiler.

Advice from myself DO NOT RENT OFF PAUL DUBBERLEY THEY ARE A CON. I will be reporting them

I would like to comment that Paul Dubberley have now had a meeting with myself and we are on course to getting all my issues resolved. During the meeting the Estate Agents were very helpful and the issues were a matter of mis-understanding.

I have tried to have this review removed however have been advised I have to pay to do so.

Wow Sophia good luck with your career. It was not mentioned to be confirmed on the day, we did not get any information on this.
