If you're looking for a hard working agent who is proactive and have their sellers best interests at heart you must call Park Row Properties!
We had Carl out who was very professional and made an honest valuation of our property (even took his shoes off for both of the appointments a no one else bothered!). We went ahead with his advice and marketed at offers over £80,000. We were hoping for £82,000 but Park Row exceeded our expectations and achieved £85,000 for us, £5,000 over our asking price! As Park of the package, Park Row negotiated on my purchase for me, the property was in the market for £169,995 with another agent. The property had been on a while and was a little over budget. Park Row negotiated for us (we just sat back, no stress at all!), and they agreed a sale at £157,000 - £13,000 lower than the asking price!
Although Park Row fees were higher than over agents, they SAVED US £18,000 I cannot believe I never went with a cheaper agent for a couple of hundred pounds less!
Carl and his team were fantastic, we were looked after the whole way through. We would have never saved this sort or money with any other agent. They just don't offer anywhere near what Park Row do. In this case, you certainly do get what you pay for.
