I found Flatman to be very professional in arranging communicating that you pay the fees and rentals. The after service has not been matched as they struggled to get the landlord to replace the cooker which was in a bad and dangerous state to say the least. I had to drive from London to turn it off as my wife struggled with cooker knob which were broken
I am now faced with my second struggle which l am undergoing having the boiler, heating and fire alarms sorted. Fair enough l had gas engineers coming in 4 times to diagnose the boiler. They eventually found the fault On top of that the landlord returns he wants to come in as well to check the model Of The boiler. He rings on Saturday 19/08 we wait and he doesn't bother to come or ring to apologise.
The only updates l get about this issue l get them when l call the agency myself. Which means l have to take time out of my busy schedule to call regularly.
I have an infant child who just came from Zimbabwe (which is a warm country) to join me and have to keep the house warm.
I am disappointed to say the least. I left my previous estate agency after l saw the good ratings of Flatman and l expectd an excellent service because Of The high fees and rentals that we pay.
