We were disgusted with the poor service we got from fox and sons Winchester. We started off with the lady who we paid our holding fee left and our house got put back on the market! Then we finally got in touch with Kevin and he was useless never sorted out problems made a contract that wasn't signed by us and told us we had a year fixed contract but we had signed a 6 month contract! Then Jane started and we got some problems sorted out and all was fine then I stopped getting reply on e mails and when I Gave my notice I was told we had to stay until our contract ended that had already run out! Then it got round to getting our deposit back I had no e mails or any contact then on the 11th day I got a e mail saying the landlord will be taking money out the deposit! Then on the 14th day got a e mail to say we are getting it all back! Worst letting agents we have ever been with!

Rang and emailed repeatedly on a daily (sometimes twice daily) basis to view advertised rental. No calls back. Eventually told rental had gone. Having recently sold my property, I am in the fortunate position of being able to pay upfront fees a year in advance if required. Too bad you landlords who missed out. I will never use this company to rent, buy, sell or let.
