I found their advertisement in spareroom.co.uk. sent them a direct message. never got a reply back. They also had a phone number so I tried to give them a call. After 5 calls made through out the entire day, I learn one thing. They never answer the phone. It always goes to the automated message. I even text them my contact details. I even went to their website and registered there. Still, no one contacted.

After almost two days later, some one name Nicola from the agency called. Told me she was sorry for getting back to me late. and asked some questions regarding which property I wanted to rent. After five minutes later, she told me that she was driving and would it be okay if I would give her a call 30 minutes later. I was surprised she didn't offer to call me back instead. They must have customers raining down from the sky I guess. Since i was keen to rent the place, didn't make a big fuss and exactly 30 minutes later I rang back.

how unsurprising. no answer. after 1 hour later, tried again. no answer. after 2 hours later tried again. no answer. a day later tried again, and guess what... no answer. so at this stage, i fed up with this stupid treatment so I texted how ridiculous this has become

and whats this! got a text back from this professional agency staff called Nicola. She was showing places to others..and she was available at 3. (apparently this was a good reason to keep a possible tenant waiting a whole day)

so long story short. they don't treat you well. The only reason I tried so hard to get in touch was that the place I wanted to move in was my first choice since one of my colleagues was already renting one of the rooms.
