The worst letting agent I have ever had to deal with during my time renting properties. They are out to scaremonger and squeeze money from deposits. I had the apartment professionally cleaned and now I am fighting to ensure a large sum of my deposit is not taken from me. I would strongly say I would not recommend them to anyone.
This was all a pity since the landlord themselves seemed to be a very pleasant person and very happy with the way I treated their property.

Comment on agent fees
As above, they are trying to squeeze as much as they can out of the tenant. They charge management fees as a percentage of any work they deem to be needed and hence the higher the work bill, the higher the management fee.

I agree with what others have said. Agent seemed pleasant and said I'd been a great tennant then inspected and told me 300 would come out of my deposit...totally turned into a different person once I was out. I get the feeling they take 300 off ...
