We are overseas landlords and have the peace of mind our property is well looked after by Davis Tate.
They diligently and transparently manage repairs. No hidden costs or bad surprise about the billing, they always ask for our approval before calling a contractor (except in case of emergency of course!). They are proactive to let us know us about new legislations and small improvements that can help to keep the flat in an attractive and safe condition.
When our property is back on the market, they inform us about every planned visit and about the feedback of the potential tenants. All the paperwork is dealt via digital signature, which ensures a smooth process.
And whoever I have on the phone is super friendly, you can hear they smile :-)

In 2014, I had benchmarked Reading 5 biggest estate agents to compare their services and fees. Davis Tate is neither the cheapest nor the most expensive
