I found all staff at Lawler & Co were extremely knowledgeable about the local market and Adele valued my house very appropriately after listening to my requirements and aims. Molly constantly kept me up-to-date with 'interest' in my property and handled all viewings efficiently. When it came to completion of the sale, all went very smoothly. Liaison between Lawler & Co and my solicitor seemed to work very well.
Comment on agent fees
I believe the fees were what could be expected but they were happy to agree a fixed price under the prevailing commission rate after considering my circumstances. Flexible and accommodating.
