I would avoid Connells letting at all costs.
They treat their tenants with complete disrespect. They are quite happy to take your money but don't want to return your deposit. The house during our tenancy had so many problems which at times left it not fit for purpose. The landlord was not willing to fix the problems. Which left us having to foot the bill and took the landlord over a year to pay back, only through us refusing to leave the property. Sasha Wellington and Jade Arnold have been extremely unprofessional. They still have not refunded our deposit 2 months after leaving the property even though it was in immaculate condition. They allowed the landlord to treat us with contempt. Even when one family member was extreamly ill, and undergoing serious treatment. The landlord asked us to leave so he could sell the property, even though he had agreed in the beginnig to allow us to stay until we were ready to leave. Viewings were forced upon us even when the family member was seriously ill, when we asked them to respect our situation we were told that we were being awkward.
