I have been incredibly impressed with S&B so far. Ryan I have dealt with at another agents and have always been impressed with. But I have called up on a couple of occasions now to discuss various bits and have always been met with a friendly voice. I'm sorry I couldn't remember every name but I believe I have spoken to Amy and Callum and all have been as lovely. Just need to get out this contract with another agent so I can come to you!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review.
Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control. I can see Angie took good care of you and kept you updated throughout the process. I'm pleased it all went through OK for you in the end.
