Absolute nightmare to deal with. Maintenance requests are pretty much ignored or in my case, when they did finally send a contractor around to remove items the previous tenants left - they let themselves in while I was at work with no warning or contact with me, basically broke in and removed my personal possessions. Getting anyone to reply to emails is like herding cats. 2 weeks later and still no new bed or repairs as promised.
