Shocking. Funny how all the other reviews say the same thing.
James was the most incompetant person I have met, couldnt answer simple questions, like what furniture is staying? 4 weeks and countless emails and still no idea. Also told us the only fees will be deposit and MAYBE an inventory fee and that was it. What makes it better is that he asked what date we wanted to move, 19/08, set the contract to the 31/07 and said it can be changed.
Turns out the current tenant ddint vacate till the 29/07 and the place needed work but still insisted he could move us in. Hitting Julys targets maybe??
Either way, move in date of the 19/08 reset and after getting the agreement it turns out there are more fees, £114 a year to resign, when I called James to ask whats going on his response to me Have you ever let before Rude, impetuous little turd and unwilling to do anything.
This has been the WORST experience of moving in 15 years so much so that I am writing a review which I NEVER do.
Avoid at all costs and if you have to deal with James, god help you. Alex was slightly better and I felt for her having to mop up James' errors but when I asked for some support or compensation for messing us around and breaching their contract I was told in no uncertain terms NO.
