The moment I first walked in to Key Lettings at Rainhill, I knew this was the agent to look after my property for me.
Tracey and Pam have looked after my property for the past 6yrs without any problems. They are on the ball when it comes to the annual gas safety check due date and regularly inspect my property for signs of neglect. They then email/post me photos of all rooms so that I can see for myself that my tenants are looking after it.
They vet all my tenants to ensure there are no other problems and they inform me of any repairs that need to be carried out.
I cannot fault Tracey and her team for the tenants they have put forward to rent my property which is more than I can say for other agents in Rainhill.
They are great communicators and I am looking forward to employing Key Lettings as my agent for many more years to come.
Well done to Tracey, Pam and all the team.

I consider the fees to be value for money and very competitive.
