To clarify Brand Vaughan do not insist on using our mortgage brokers for their mortgage when buying a property. However, we do ask buyers who have made an offer, that our mortgage brokers financially qualify the offer, so we can with confidence confirm the financial ability to proceed to our vendor. This is a very important service we provide to our vendors as it can save wasted time later in the transaction if the buyer cannot arrange the required finance on the property.
Our mortgage brokers, from Finance Planning Group will not and do not insist on using these services, if the buyer has their own arrangements in place then they are of course able to continue to proceed with their chosen mortgage provider / broker.
