Rented through Gascoigne a few times and they have been brilliant. Previous landlord decided not to stay with gascoigne due to some silly errors which I was really disappointed with. If the landlord had stayed with gascoigne we might not have lived with no garden for 2 years. Gascoigne and pees have always sorted things very quickly, and even refunded me some fees due to landlord being a nightmare. Will always use them in the future.

With regards to your comments, I know personally the people that rented your property and that wasn't the situation. Gascoigne and pees did not under value your property, if anything your tenants paid more than they should have. You rented your property under the impression everything would be fine. Your tenants had no use of the garden as the continuous flooding which you never ever fixed and the problem had been there over ten years.
