These people are absolutely awful. As lettkngagents they absolutely do not give a fig about a tenant or any issues you have. I left my apartment after six months as *they treats any proper tin tempura tower like it's his own, regularly entering the apartment with no permission even whilst ignoring requests to fix issues in the apartment. He's also one of the smuggest people you will ever meet.
