I had an email and a letter from this company to say my gas check was due on a rental property.I contacted them and said I had a British/Scottish gas maintenance contract which covered this but I struggled to get in touch with the tenant and could they please arrange for it to be carried out.Later when I got my statement they had billed me for a gas check,i contacted them to say it was a mistake and was told I never said I had a contract and they had got a contractor out to do it.(I have a witness who was sitting next to me when I phoned) The girl on the phone spoke to the manager His name was John and he just said it's been done now so tough.I don't see how I should have to pay for some office workers mistake who was in mumble mode when I contacted her and had to ask her to speak up.Also I never get feedback on any of their contractor repairs just a bill like when I asked what was done for a shower repair I was told they renewed the pull cord switch.Now i'm an electrician and they billed me £175 the switch costs at most £25.
