Our sale was a far from easy one with a challenging buyer and solicitors who we're not as proactive as they could have been. Sam had to work really hard but managed to turn around our buyer, who was threatening to pull at the closing stages, and he did his level best to liaise with the solicitors, as did Jon, as they were more than a little evasive at times. This was a frustrating and stressful process but the St Ives team achieved the result. We are sure that they are as happy as we are this sale succeeded! Well done guys.

The cheaper agent is not always best. You get what you pay for and Bradleys give you a full and comprehensive service.
