This is absolutely the WORST lettings agency and property management I have ever used. When I was renting the flat, they showed me three options. After I put an offer on my favorite flat, they called me back and told me they had forgotten that someone else already put an offer on the property. I then had to switch to the second option but found out that someone just put in an offer. They told me that there was no other option left so I had to choose the last option now that I already paid money when I put in an offer and that I was tight on time to find a flat. The last property turned out to be over priced. The landlord also refused to pay for all of the fixes to the flat. The flat used a 20+ year old boiler and it was broken when I moved in. I had no hot water for over three weeks. When I moved out, Marsh & Parsons practically forced me to get professional cleaners that cost 240 pounds for an hour's cleaning. The flat was left in a condition much better than when I moved in. And the landlord still decided to deduct money from my security deposit.

What agent could do to change your mind?

Secondly, ‘disgruntled landlord’ I’m obviously very disappointed to read your review. At Marsh & Parsons, we take formal complaints extremely seriously – so naturally, I would like to get to the bottom of how this has happened.
