We have dealt with Beresfords for many years now. They manage two rental properties for us. We have found them to be helpful, courteous and efficient in attending to our needs. They are good at liaising with our tenants and importantly are very good at finding new tenants when needed. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.
Comment on agent fees
Guess we would like the fees to be less but they are transparent over these.
